We don’t lend to customers who are bankrupt or have been discharged in the last 12 months (for SACC or MACC loans) or 24 months (for LACC loans). Once you’re past that window, we’d be happy to reassess.

Yes , but only if the funds haven’t been sent yet. If you’ve accepted the offer and want to cancel, contact us straight away. Once funds are disbursed, the contract is binding but if something’s changed, our Hardship Policy may be able to help.

We may report serious overdue payments and defaults to credit reporting agencies but we’ll always notify you first. We don’t currently report on-time or early repayments, but we hope to offer full credit reporting in future.
