Jingle uses specialist technology platforms to support our application and loan management processes, alongside trusted third-party service providers to verify identity and banking information. 

Our core platforms are used to process applications, manage loans and repayments, and support customer servicing. Identity verification and banking information are, in all cases, collected and verified through specialist third-party providers. 

Is my application information protected? 

Yes. When you apply, your information is submitted through a secure, encrypted platform that complies with Australian privacy laws, including 256-bit encryption. 

Your personal information is stored securely and may be shared with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in delivering our products and services such as our loan management system, analytics providers, and marketing partners. 

In all cases, identity checks and banking information are completed via trusted third-party verification services. You provide this information directly to those providers in a secure environment. Jingle does not collect or store your banking login credentials. 

Information is shared with our core platforms only to the extent reasonably necessary to assess your application and manage your loan. 

How we protect your information 

We take reasonable steps to protect personal and credit-related information, including: 

  • limiting access to customer information to authorised personnel; 
  • using authentication and access controls to reduce unauthorised access; 
  • monitoring system activity to help identify unusual behaviour; and 
  • applying secure storage and encryption measures appropriate to each system’s function.
