Right to Request Assessment
At Jingle, we believe in responsible lending and transparency. As a borrower, you have the legal right to request and receive a copy of the assessment we conducted to determine whether the loan was suitable for you.
What This Means
Before approving any loan, we are required by law to assess whether you can meet the repayments without substantial hardship. This process is part of our responsible lending obligations under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009.
You have the right to request a copy of this assessment at any time - whether your application was approved or declined. This helps you understand how we made our lending decision and how your financial situation was evaluated.
