Your rights are protected by law, including the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth) and the National Credit Code, which govern all regulated loans in Australia.
No cost to exercise your rights. There is no fee to exercise any of these rights. If we try to charge you a fee for exercising a legal right, you should contact AFCA.
